My retreat and meeting facilitation services are tailored to a group’s hopes, needs, and goals. These agendas often involve facilitating groups through challenging discussions, designing + articulating practices and policies that are equitable and just, and/or building authentic relationships that allow for the group/organization to live more into its vision and purpose. 

As a trained Kingian Nonviolence trainer, certified SEEDS mediator, and racial literacy trainer I have learned the power and promise of doing conflict well. Together, we can design and facilitate a mediation and/or group process focused on helping individuals and/or the group move past places they feel stuck, interpersonal or group dynamics, or future forecasted moments that may get in the way of folks living into their vision and purpose.
