Meeting + Retreat Facilitation

My retreat and meeting facilitation services are tailored to a group’s hopes, needs, and goals. These agendas often involve facilitating groups through challenging discussions, designing + articulating practices and policies that are equitable and just, and/or building authentic relationships that allow for the group/organization to live more into its vision and purpose. 

Conflict Mediation/Group Process

As a trained Kingian Nonviolence trainer, certified SEEDS mediator, and racial literacy trainer I have learned the power and promise of doing conflict well. Together, we can design and facilitate a mediation and/or group process focused on helping individuals and/or the group move past places they feel stuck, interpersonal or group dynamics, or future forecasted moments that may get in the way of folks living into their vision and purpose.

Creative Coaching

Have a creative idea and not sure how to bring it to life? Or stuck in a specific area and want some support? Through creative exercises, we get to explore the root of what has you stuck, unsure, and/or ungrounded and create new pathways for your own growth and understanding.
